In cooperation with our Shipping and Logistics Division, the major part of the full supply chain can be directly managed and controlled.

Our terminals are fully controlled and managed by Martrade in close cooperation with the port authorities.

Terminals in Iraq

Khor Al-Zubair – Berth 8 + 9

Martrade is operating terminal 8 + 9 in Khor Al-Zubair. Since 2012 both terminals have been developed and managed by Martrade based on a long-lease agreement with the Iraq Port Authority. In 2018 the contract was extended for additional 7 years.

Martrade invested and developed the infrastructure with an international experienced team. The full equipment is 100% owned by Martrade. Both terminals are working on highest quality and HSE standards and are approved by all major (national and international) oil and gas companies. 

Umm Qasr – Berth 16

Martrade is operating terminal 16 in Umm Qasr North Port. In 2017 Martrade took over the management and operation of the terminal.

The full terminal incl. the covered and open storage area is operational and further investments/ development of the hinterland are in progress.

Martrade can offer berthing priority to any owner for berthing at UQ 16. The full team and equipment handling your cargo is employed by Martrade working on the highest standards.

Terminal in Ukraine

Novolog is located in Odessa Commercial Sea Port. The main specialisation is the entire range of steel products (slabs, billets, rebars, profiles, steel sheets in bundles and coils, loose plates, wire rod, pipes, etc.), bulk cargos (pig iron, clay, iron ore), grain cargos, general break bulk cargoes. The terminal has four (4) berths with a total length of 675 m and a permitted draft of 12.3 m.

Terminal in India

Via its investment in TMILL the Martrade Group is involved in Haldia Port. TMILL owns and operates Berth # 12, a clean cargo berth with facilities to handle clean bulk (excluding coal) and break bulk cargo (including steel coils, plates, pipes, etc.). Berth # 12 regularly handles project cargo and over dimensional cargo consignments. It has a berth length of 220 m capable of handling up to Panamax vessels at a permissible draft of Haldia Port.
